I tried looking it up but I couldn't find it. So how long does it take an UPP-777777 to die in VThin Atmosphere?
(Update: and of course not a minute later I find it on p. 80, Book 3. Atmosphere Effects are Once/minute. Does the same go for Cold and Heat?)
