There is a lot of traveler stuff for sale on ebay, you just have to use the right search words. I found a lot under Gurps Traveler, and a fair amount of it wasn't even GURPS because there is this one guy selling off his collection that goes back 20 years on there. Have to admit I had no idea people would be willing to pay that much for all of my megatraveller stuff. I am not selling, so don't ask. I even have 6 of the old black books that someone just gave me. It is amazing what kind of gaming dust you gather as you play through the years.
