I can't currently access the Moot due to never receiving an email to reactive my COTI account from about the end of March. I've sent several emails including one from the email tied to this account; most to the customer service email account, one to the current email account (grip) you suggest emailing. I have still not yet gotten a response about the status of my 1248 preorder either.
I dislike taking such matters public, esp. in this manner, but you closed the 1248 thread I started, have publicly stated PMs aren't really an option (IIRC can't it be set to send an email if you get a PM?), and have yet to respond to any emails from me. My old email account is no longer working, but the new email accounts are registered with this COTI account and my old COTI account.
