Dear lord, I remember when that issue of Dragon came out, it was one of the few Traveller articles that they published. I still have it somewhere.... See, now you are going to go make me dig it out.

As I remember, the Dwarves were a Human Minor race from a high gravity planet with a bright star that forced them underground...
