There's no telling whether an actual vehicle will be made, but Burt Rutan put together the money for Spaceship 1, so we can hope.

At any rate, the site has cool images and deck plans that could be used for such ships in your games.

This combination of lifting body and airship is exactly the sort of thing I picture populating the skies in a Hydrogen Economy, where Helium is a cheap byproduct of the fuel industry.

I want one, I mean the words Private Air Yacht had me!

Wow, this, an apartment/office on Luna and same on Mars and I am set till the starship is completed.

Anyone notice how you could just add a jump drive and some grav plates and the natives would never even notice them. "Oh look, honey it's one of those new cargo blimps." Spacer snicker.

Just a thought, I mean the Cargo pic just screamed Fat Trader to me.

Unfortunately, this is another of those things that I will beleive when it happens. This same lifting body airship concept has been floated around since the mid 70's. There was an extensive Popular Science article on the subject around '75, give or take a year.
