Anyone else have this?

I picked it up at gencon. It's graphics are similar (but prettier and more robust) than the freeware ChView. I don't think the view controls are quite as friendly as CHView.
It does do generation for the systems and worlds, and even includes things like checking planetary mass versus atmosphere composition. It can also do quick on the spot generation of world surface maps, even letting you edit.
It is machine demanding. Make sure you have a fairly decent graphics card and processer (I tried it out on my 500 MHz laptop with an old ATI Rage card at the con and it was dreadfully slow. Much nicer at home with an Athlon 1600 and GeForce II MX card.)
Your options are pretty limited for world surface map generation. It doesn't, for example, have the sorts of world projection options that Fractal Terrains by Profantasy does. You can export maps to NBOS Fractal Mapper, but it has been a while since I tried that program so I can't say how well off that leaves you.
The other problem I had is that I noticed that all my quick mapped worlds lacked oceans. Which led me to explore the world statistics and I notives water percentage was uniformly "zero". Which makes me wonder how robust their planet atmosphere and temperature generation sequences are, because surface water is a pretty important part of that calculation.
