My subscription cannot be found?

Hey,

Maybe I'm just punch drunk from being at work a bit too much today, but I was trying to login to my Traveller's Aide/eLibrary account and it said my subscription couldn't be found, and when I try to find a support link, my ox brain seems to miss it's location.

Anyhow, any help here would be appreciated.
