Mongoose Traveller PBP

navanod

SOC-12
Current Open Player Slots: 1

Intro:
The Lassana and Titan subsectors of the Foreven sector are home to a dozen-odd unincorporated planets, forming a border region between the Mnemosyne Principality and the Avalar Consulate. These two independent states represent the extremes of politics in the region, and their border disputes are symbolic of the larger Zhodani-Imperial tension in the region.

The Mnemosyne Principality, settled by mixed Solomani and Vilani colonists from the Gushemege sector, is an independent polity with ties to the Imperium and several Imperial Megacorps.

The Avalar Consulate, settled by Zhodani, retains ties to the Consulate, although those ties have weakened over the years due to discontent with Zhodani policy during the last Frontier Wars.

Along the border, two opposing teams search to uncover a deadly secret that could plunge the whole sector into war!

Details:
This is a play-by-post game using Mongoose Traveller rules, set in the Foreven sector and hosted on RPOL.NET.

I'm looking for 6-8 players to form 2 teams, one based in the Mnemosyne Principality and one based in the Avalar Consulate. Both teams will be pursuing same storyline from different perspectives, which will possibly lead to some interaction between them (friendly, hostile, indifferent, it's all up to you).

Desired posting rate is 3 posts per week. Allowable books include the Main Book, Books 1-8, Alien module 1:Aslan, Alien module 2:Vargr, and Central Supply Catalog.

posting intrest.

if you would have her, i have a old agent character that i rolled up for a another campgain that never got off the ground. I can rework the backstory to suit the needs of the game (she was tailored for the marine squad of a naval campgain, but that can be changed easily enough)

I'd like to throw my card in the hat so to speak. I've had the books for a year and have probably made about 20 or so characters. Let me know what kinds of PCs the group already has and I'll either pull out something that fits in or roll something new. Also, PM sent.
