Modeling Blade Runner 2049's Joi in T5

One of the more interesting characters in the new Blade Runner is the holo-companion Joi. How would you model her in T5? A positronic brain computer with a holographic interface? Or is she just a program, or a console? Is she a true TL16 AI?
