I've been haunting these boards for a couple of weeks, maybe more, trying to get in touch with Hunter over his financial obligations to me. I have tried over avenues too, and in any case I should not have to do so - my publishing deal with Hunter included the timely provision of a royalty statement each month - that shouold happen as a matter of course without me having to chase it.

It's obviously pointless and I've got better things to do than hang around waiting for Hunter to respond. I don't normally visit COTI any more (not for a good while) so I'll be logging out.

This means I will not get any PMs people send me and chances are I won't see posts made here for my attention. I'm not hard to find elsewhere but I won't be here.

Post people here won't care about this, but if you're trying to contact me and I don't respond, this is why. I DO respond do direct mail and contacts by our own Avenger boards, for example.

But don't ask me about QLI, TA subscriptions or whatnot. I still get some queries even though I've not been associated with QLI since 2006. The only definitive answer I can give to any question is... I won't be working with QLI in any future I can imagine.

I am returning briefly to state that I will no longer attempt to contact Hunter Gordon regarding royalties owed to me. I am not withdrawing any entitlement to a return on my work, merely acknowedging that I can spend my time in better ways that chasing this.

I have wasted a lot of time each month trying to get into contact to ask about payments and statements that should be come to me as a matter of course. I will now stop - if I cannot get my money then at least I can stop spending my time.

I note with some interest the rumour that Hunter will be paying to update the domain and so forth in the near future. I would not care to speculate whether this is funded out of money owed to me or not - I honestly cannot say as I have not received a royalty statement for some time, nor has there been any response to my mails asking for one - direct mails and those routed through third parties.

For Hunter's attention: I'm still owed royalties and I'm supposed to get a statement each month. This needs to be addressed but it seems likely that it will not, so I will not be wasting my time in further pursuit of the matter. I will not accept this as an excuse not to deal with the matter - statements and payments should happen as a matter of course, and obviously something that has gone on this long should be remedied at the first opportunity without needing my input.

Up until very recently the door remained open to future cooperation. That has now changed. I entered into the T20 Players Book deal as a way of investigating the possibility of future projects; well, at least I know what to expect.

This isn't personal, but it's fact all the same... I cannot foresee any future in which I work with QLI or Hunter Gordon.

i know your tic'd and justified but don't go away 100%....leave for awhile maybe then come back when you've cooled down.
