Missing table in BL

Someone wise once said "If you have no idea what to do ask the forum", so here's my question.
In Brilliant Lances' Rules Booklet under the surprise rules (p.27) I found this statement:

"There is a maximum number of consecutive four-hour periods for which these conditions can be maintained, shown on the Readiness Conditions table on the player aids card."

So where is this table? Is it known issue, or maybe something that has been corrected somewhere?

I thought the combat readiness-wossname chart was printed in the rules, not on the player aid cards. I mean, I recall seeing it, and reading the example giving how long a ship can maintain General Quarters without fatigue, etc.

So it's in there, it just might be mislabelled or not look like you think it does.
