Lost Reference

I have been going in circles for so long in LBB5 ship design rules and now I cannot find a rule I could have sworn I read recently. Could someone find me the reference or tell me that I'm completely imagining things? The rule I am thinking of is a fuel requirement for small craft, where they're not required to carry the full 4 weeks of fuel, but a minimum of 1 ton, which then lasts for some fraction of the 28 days.

CT Errata, p15:

Page 34, Small Craft, Fuel (clarification and addition): The formula given for fuel (one percent of ship tonnage multiplied by power plant factor) gives four weeks of fuel (28 days). Small craft may reduce the amount of fuel carried to one day (24 hours) or several days, but it may still not be less than one ton.
