Lost adventure?

While researching a reply on another thread I noticed an advert for an adventure in the back of Fighting Ships of the Shattered Imperium:

Rebels’ Tales
5 Desperate Adventures in the Rebellion.

Maybe it became 'Hard Times'?

The ad lists it as GDW 0220. Hard Times is GDW 0221. Knightfall is GDW 0219. Seems we have a blank spot. Maybe Marc could shed some light.

It is listed on the Traveller Wiki site, but shown under publications that never saw the light of day.
