General Is this the right order for UWPs?

Wow, it's been so long since I've done this and The Traveller Book seems to have the explanation in two different orders...

So, is this the right order for UWPs?

And which book has the best looking explanation (I'm thinking the MegaTraveller Referees Manual?)

Yes, this is correct. The Early CT material had several (slightly) different layouts for the UWP, but all included these elements in this order. By the time the MT books were published the layout was standardized.
