No, I really need the information for my next campaign. I have a subset of humans with a symbiont that increases lifespan, makes their hosts "tougher", and keeps them in good shape. I took my "Webers" directly from David Weber's The Apocolypse Troll -- great fun to read.

These mostly survived the Shattering, but the real die-off was starvation the first winter. Bringing back a technological civilization is partly a problem of technology. Machines that don't use computer or complex electronics -- difficult to find in a TL 11 frontier planet could be made to work. There are many ways to get electricity, especially since they might have some older self-regulating fission plants as well as wind and water power.

Hopefully some of the farm equipment would be available to be repurposed to be run on simple electric motors which can be made by hand. Many simple techniques like composting and crop rotation would improve the food supply.

And after assuring a food supply and population, all of their resources would go into getting back into space again.
