Set human pop to 460 million, and amindii pop at 170 million.



CALCULATION


The population breakdown for Regina (pop 8, pop mult 7) is:

Human 63%
Amindii 24%
Vargr 6%
Aslan 3%
other/error: 4%

Setting the 1105 population at around 730 million, plus or minus, gives us these ranges:

Humans: 460 millions, plus or minus 4 million.
Amindii: 175 millions, plus or minus a million.
Vargr: 43 to 44 millions
Aslan: 21 to 22 millions


With a remainder ("other") of 29 million.
