Imperial Office of Calendar Compliance

I've done some searching (on CotI, the TML, Google, and Chris Thrash's excellent list of Imperial Ministry information), and for whatever reason, I cannot locate information regarding the Imperial Office of Calendar Compliance.

Can someone provide a cite or two?

Or at least tell me what ministry the office belongs to?

ISTR it's IMoTrade. Check M0 Campaign; discussions of it were about T4 timeframe on the TML, too.

Blast! I don't need another ministry I've never heard of before. It's going to be hard enough to fill out Commerce without also having to come up with Trade, too. Yet another divergence from canon to contemplate.

Especially since I conside trade and commerce to be effectively synonymous in this context.
