The Human TL is 9 Average, and places with a bit higher, max B.
Other Races have Higher Tech Levels possible.
The Human Capital World of the 2nd Orion Republic Was once called Alpha Centauri (In the Terran Defense Zone) then Centauri, and now simply Center, through cultural drift.
Basically, I was influenced a lot by Heinlein's Starship Troopers, Haldeman's The Forever War, and the PC game: Homeworld, plus a lot of other minor influences.
The map for it is derived from a software program called CHView, written by some fans of C. J. Cherryh.
So really it isn't in any way related to Canon Traveller, except that it uses Traveller Character Generation and Skills.
However, recently, I am working on an all new T4 Campaign, maps and data of which I have been generating, over the past month, with a totally different setup.
Other Races have Higher Tech Levels possible.
