How long, now that its back from the printers before those of us who've pre-ordered a copy can expect to see ours in the the mail?

As soon as the shipment arrives here I'll make an announcement. From there it just depends on how long it takes us to wade through all the preorders (there are a few hundred)! I'll make another announcement once we get them all shipped. We plan to get them out just as fast as we can I promise!
