How do you Graduate with "Honors"

I can't find any information in T5 for how you graduate with HONORS? I have searched the threads and found discussions about Honors but NOT how you actually get Honors? What do I have to roll (or whatever...) to Graduate with Honors?

That paragraph seems to have been removed in 5.09. On page 71 in the paper manual, it says you make one extra pass/fail roll. If it succeeds, you have honors. If not, you don't. (But, waivers apply.)

I'll add this to the errata for 5.09.

Honors is listed on the chart on page 40 of the PDF. It took me a while to find it also.
