Assuming FFS1 for TNE I could probably take mine over to my sisters place and scan it for you. It'll be a few days before I make it out there though (she lives in the 'burbs and I'm a city boy.)
You might howver want to carefully check the rest of the book as that was the page where they had a printing problem and provided replacements a loose page. Maybe it's stuck somewhere else out of order.
Anyway if you do want me to get it out to you send me a message at daveshayne@ameritech.net and I'll get it out to you.
