The fact we had no NPC named Meyer or McGee, or an air raft named Miss Agnes represents a lost opportunity...

Unfortunately (huge sigh), that would've thrown my Byzantine method for naming NPCs out of whack. But, as a John D. MacDonald fan who's read all twenty-one Travis McGee novels, do know that I wanted to very, very much.
