On 1/2 July the FeenCon in Bonn-Bad Godesberg offers a nice, resonably central convention environment. http://www.feencon.de/

Maybe when can get a group together there?

All foreigners are invited too, maybe you are around anyway due to the Soccer world cup.

I was at the FeenCon a few years ago.
With my family.
My son (2 years then) was very impressed (but not frightend) by a guy 2 meters tall and dressed like an Orc warrior.
Whereas my wife was more impressed by a manga selling lady just wearing a few tiny pieces of latex.

Guess it could be fun to do that again

Hmm, that looks interesting, and my diary is empty around that time... I'll try and make it there. I'm up in Bergen, so I'm only four hours away.

If we do manage to meet up, I just have to warn you and apologise in advance that my German is very, *very* poor....
