Gal2.4 problems

Hello.
Do's anyone know if there is a file limit to gal2.4.
I have been loading sectors in (312 sectors 6 fell out) and after loading the core and rime routes i found it has deleted 6 sectors from the galaxy (there still in the directory they just dont appear in the sector selection page) they are still in the txt file for the galaxy, they where there until i loaded both the core and rime sectors.
Any help would be appreciated.

There is a size limit to the area the sectors can be in within Galactic. I know the "c" patch increased this after the core routes project was announced because it vastly exceeded the size allowed. But I'm not sure what the new size is.
