Fuel Tanks

SOC-12
A few weeks ago there was a discussion about temporary fuel tanks.
I know one version (collapsible?) can collapse to 5% of their full volume, but only be able to pump fuel into a ships permanent tanks.
The other kind,(demountable?) is much more expensive, can be folded down to 25% of their full volume, but they can pump fuel directly into the power plant of a ship.

Can someone reiterate the names of these two types of temporary tanks and their cost?
I think there was a slight difference in cost between TNE and T4 I believe...

Thanks.
