Used to have it the vehicle design rules were a bit involved. If you really like crunching numbers then that is your dream system but if you would like to finish someday on a vehicle then well maybe a change is in order.

This booklet is a Traveller Play-by-Mail information booklet.
It's 4 pages, full-colour (similar to Understanding T:TNE) and I got it with my Battle Rider, although it could be in other boxed sets as well.
If you ask for its value I would say "close to none" even for hardcore collectors.

A friend who got most if not all the TNE boxed stuff when it came out never mentioned that. I wonder if it was a limited production and not all boxes had it, or if he just didn't mention it because we wouldn't have used it, or it wasn't that interesting? Gonna have to try to remember next time I see him and have a look at it.

Considering the price of the Atlas alone ( from the cheapest, to the most expensive) and the fact, that this NewEra auction is now at about 35-40 USD I would buy it even for up to 80 USD if I didn't have it.

Heh, just because Troll and Toad lists it for that (and they have been for a long time) doesn't mean they have ever sold one for that. I get a good chuckle every time I see them and others listing at stupid high prices. I guess they hope one day "that" special buyer will stumble on their "deal" and snap it up.
Though I have seen auctions of AotI go for a lot this recent one (eBay auction) shows a return to sanity and while still high imo is at least reasonable for a collectible to a collector. They are not all that rare and have been available for a while to players on the CT-CD rom.
I'd advise NOT engaging in auction speculation based on what some stores list items for, not without a lot more research...
