I don't think that info exists - though there may be some info in the Traveller's Digest issue that dealt with the Florians, perhaps some HIWG stuff too.
Florians would speak Florian. They developed separately for 300,000 years. However the league likely uses Anglic as a common language as it has been heavily populated by Humans from Rule of Man's collapse. Trossech speaks Vilani and is stuck in the 1st Imperium and (depending on sources there seems to be 2-3 Halkan variants) Halka was settled by Solomani refugees of Rim War who had re-inslaved Halkans who had once been slaves of the Florians too.
So Florian would be on Floria and be the Greek to Anglic's Latin as in Rome with Vilani as a 3rd language.
