errata?

Spinward Marches Errata
While using the original Deluxe Traveller map and the Imperial Encyclopedia to make an Excel database, I came across these conflicts:
(1) Phantom system: I. E. lists a system in hex 2632, but there is no system shown there on the map.
(2) Extra amber zones: I. E. lists amber zones for the following hexes, but they are not shown on the map. 1022, 190-, 2236, 2418, 2812, 2924, and3209.
(3) Allegiance conflict: Hex 3040 is listed as Imperial while 3039 is listed as Aslan. The map shows both as Aslan Conquests.
(4) Duplicate system names: Hex 2234 & hex 2410 – Inthe, hex 2202 & hex 2512 –Kinorb, hex 2540 & 3110 – Aramis; In each case 1 major world and 1 minor world.

Has anyone noted these conflicts before? Are there any official resolutions listed anywhere is previous publications?

Andy, on the dual name thing, it's replicated in the wargame Fifth Frontier War, so I can only assume it was either not caught, or was deliberate (much like how there are multiple cities with the same name).

I also sent that question to FFE. Here is Marc's reply:
Andy, you pose some interesting questions which are raised from time to time. These conflicts arose originally in the graphic production process. Some were mistakes by the graphic artist while translating the list to the map. Others were deliberate (just as many maps have more than one town of the same name) and intended to create conflict as players arrive at a place which the map thinking it is Imperial, and find that it is Aslan, etc.
