Not this year. I've been the last 4 years in a row, and about 8 of the last 10 years. We're going out of town this weekend - I can't stand to be in town and not be at the con 
Next year I should be back, with my 11-yr grandson in tow - he's a Star Wars nut! His first Dragon Con was two years ago - just the parade and looking at costumes after, but he was in absolute awe! He was wearing a cheap Halloween stormtrooper costume, and couldn't believe how realistic the guys in the parade were (the 501st?). His sister, 10 at the time, wore a handmade Leia costume (the white robes and cinnamon bun hair, not the gold bikini), and one of the troopers laid on the floor so we could get a pic of her holding his rifle, with her foot on his chest, like she'd just shot him!
