Does WotC's GSL's Impact T20 PDFs?

It has been mentioned (or perhaps suggested) over at Paizo.com messageboards that due to the new GSL that all D20 PDFs would no longer be available for sale come October when a website policy document will be released. This seemed to be validated by Mongoose Publishing's Matthew Sprange making comments about creating a free repository for D20 products. He was fishing around for webspace.

Is this the case?

I am speaking specfically about D20/T20 and PDF's. I am not referring to the conversion of OGL/3.0/3.5 to D&D 4.0.
 
Could explain a number of disappearances of d20 products available on the DriveThruRPG website. Mongoose's Babylon 5 range has reduced to those available on the OGL license and pure background stuff.
