Dawning Star using T20

So I am new to T20 Traveller. I had looked at it for a while and only recently gotten into it. But it looks like it is going the way of every good system. Anyway, I have been thinking about porting the Dawning Star Campaign setting to T20. What would be the strength of T20 over D20 Modern?
