MGT Only: Crash Test Dummy as Target Practice

Spinward Scout

I've had this idea to create a Crash Test Dummy for Target Practice. Just a simple target to demonstrate Combat. I'll have to figure out some stats for "Crash" and whether or not to use armor. There's a rubber molding that acts like skin. I'm not sure I want to go into that much detail.

But these are the things I want to try:

Melee - Unarmed Hand-to-Hand
Melee - Bar Fight
Melee - Broken Glass Bottle
Melee - Boxing Match
Melee - Martial Arts (there's a 2d6 Martial Arts but it isn't very detailed - Offensive or Defensive)
Melee - Blade
Melee - Sword
Melee - Baseball Bat
Melee - Improvised Weapon
Melee - Sticks

Ranged - Stone thrown by Hand
Ranged - Stone by Sling
Ranged - Improvised Weapon
Ranged - Bow and Arrows
Ranged - Pistol
Ranged - Rifle
Ranged - Gauss Gun
Ranged - Stunner
Ranged - Laser Pistol
Ranged - PGMP

I want to roll out all of these targeting the Crash Test Dummy for Combat and see what happens. It's 10 for each type.

What do you think should be added to the list, if anything?

HAHAHAHA
So, my players had a crew member who really rubbed them the wrong way.
TBH, the player too.

So, the character decided to go loot a recently captured ship on his own before the others - not being very quiet about his intention to enrich himself and "cheat the others". Sadly - for him - the ship had been docked to a station but the pirates had additional forces who tried to take their ship back - there was shooting - that character died.

Fast forward two worlds and one of the others in the crew decides to play a prank on their captain.
She went to InstellArms with vids and such of the late crewman.
She then paid to have a "sculpted and painted" ballistic gel dummy(with steel skeleton) made in the man's "exact likeness"!
She paid so she could have a remote in-hand, so when their captain saw the dummy, she could activate a recording - in the dead man's voice - saying, "Well, hello Captain" in that self-assured, annoyingly knowing tone he always used.

She had the dummy placed by the delivery team so it would be in the shadows when approached from a certain passage.

And then, she invited the captain back to the cargo bay to discuss "an issue" in private.

So, there they were, when the captain heard the dead man's voice!
She drew he laser pistol even as she looked up, saw what could not possibly be, and shouted: "You're dead! Stay Dead!" and fired repeatedly into the dummy's chest!

She knew the man was dead!
She knew she was hitting the man dead center of his chest!

And he wasn't falling.

Everyone else around the table was in shock!
The player who's character had played the prank was ROLLING in laughter.

That was a GREAT Prank!
