I was reading Annals of the Heechee and was wondering what CT/MGT tech level a creation like Robin Brodhead is stored in might exist. I'm thinking TL 15? Is anything like this discussed in CT or MT. I know I could use something in GT UltraTech or Robots and convert it :) Just wondering.
