Citizen Life Success

My assumption is that this is one roll vrs. the chosen characteristic and that this replaced the Risk/Reward rolls in one roll. The description isn't clear, so I just wanted to see if this is what others have done as well (or maybe I've missed something)?

So, like Risk and Reward, but both called "Citizen Life," and the fist roll (the risk) simply determines whether or not you are allowed to roll for the second roll?

Or are you thinking that you rolled once for Job and once for Hobby? (I was thinking that those were done in separate terms.)

I have always rolled only the Citizen Life which grants (if successful) either Job Skill +4 or Hobby Skill +2. There is no Reward roll with Citizen Life.
