Children Generation

I slightly tweaked the TD 15 process, and rewrote it into just the tables needed for generating children.

Original written by Terry McInnis, and published in TD 15.

Rework and expansion by me.

Note: I use Cha (from TNE) for humans and aslan, so it's on the tables.
