I have a question for the group:
Do the carried craft aboard a vessel (fighters on a carrier, or riders on a tender) have to match the tech level of the mothership? I would think not; that it would be possible to have a TL-13 tender carrying TL-14 riders, if you could otherwise get the riders, and the same for fighters and carriers, or even merchant jumpships and lighters.
The only canon reference I can think of that might be applicable is that the ships in LBB Supplement 9 were stated as carrying the standard LBB Book 2 small craft. Does anyone know of any better source for allowing this?
