I am signed up for updates from Bundle of Holding for their deals, because they're always good deals -- you get PDFs with no DRM, and at a high discount. They've had a number of Traveller bundles, and right now they have a Hostile bundle (it's a Cepheus Engine derivative that focuses on adventures somewhat in the style of Alien, so Traveller-adjacent). But I just noticed that their Girl Genius and Girl Genius 2 bundles are expiring soon, and contain the Buck Godot books. Buck Godot: Zap Gun for Hire is a Phil Foglio written and illustrated series about the titular Buck Godot, a mercenary who used to be a Security Chief for a megacorporation. I love the series, and it inspired a lot of my current Traveller campaign, One Damn Thing After Another (which is heavy with corporate shenanigans of various sizes and flavors). The Gallimaufry setting of the series is sprawling and diverse. The main planet of New Hong Kong is a frontier planet where the forces of Law and Order are represented by competing (and not always in-agreement) galactic organizations. It's interesting and a sort of kitchen-sink setting with some great ideas and entertaining storylines. I highly recommend it.
