Bleeding?

I like using bleeding rules because it encourages using medical equipment and slows down more gung-ho players. How do you guys handle bleeding? Is there a house rule that you like?

separate issue, parallel with "hit points". call it "bleed points". it's quite possible to bleed to death from an otherwise minor wound.

I have a whole QND Medical Drama thread that could be applied to CG.

I don't believe I have a bleedout rule in there per se, but more like additional hits due to not getting medical care in the magic moments. Since I quantify STR as the bone and blood stat, I would tend to interpret additional no-care hits in that stat as bleedout.
