D ddougan SOC-1 Dec 26, 2002 #3 Ellros - many thanks for the links. Hopefully the other pages listed with permission to photocopy from the book will be available too. (I find it much easier and cleaner to print out a PDF and bend the book over a photocopier!). Damien
