Best Zhodani military background?

*** What are the best sources for information about the Zhodani military? Their vehicles, small arms, tactics, leadership, etc.? ***

I'm specifically looking for information about Zhodani planetary or ground forces.

Well, the Classic Traveller Alien Module 4: Zhodani would be the best starting point. If you can't find that (OOP) at a secondhand store (or eBay), you can try the CT reprint of the first four alien modules.

There is also a GURPS Traveller alien book that covers the Zho, though I'm not sure which one it is.

You need JTAS 11, it contains a seven page article by Frank Chadwick and Loren Wiseman all about Zhodani military organisation.

The TNE supplement Striker II has the TOE for a Zhodani Consular Guard Commando Groupment and a Lift Infantry Battalion.

I have JTAS-11 and I also have Striker II, but it's in long-term storage (Put in parent's attic before leaving for Desert Storm I!).

I'm thinking about buying a new copy of Striker II.
