First, roll Flux:

-3: Geologic event
-2: Atmospheric event
-1: Weather event
0: Flora event
1: Fauna event
2: Hydrologic event
3: Stellar event
4-5: Special event
Consult the appropriate table, adding together Atm + Hyd + Flux.
So each of those 9 tables will serve ranges from -5 to +30, probably in groups of course.
