Just wondering why the changes from LBB6 from 0 hyd in inner zone to the present where an inner world gets a -4, but a worldlet gets no penalty. Likewise the old -4 to atm in the outer zones in LBB6 has gone completely.

From what I have read in the latest astronomy articles I would say "improved knowledge." Looking at moons that are frozen ocean worlds off gas giants, to the possibility of water on tidally locked inner planets I think this DM is a good one.
