Is there anywhere online where I can find the character generation rules for Aslan & Vargr in Megatraveller.

I have seen the high prices on the Alien books, and just wanted to know if I could find the game information elsewhere.

Would You also use a character generation program ?
There are some software bundles out there containing alien generation procedures ...

I wouldn't mind using a generation program, but I would also like to see the text behind it...I tend to make up NPCs on the fly at times, and would like to be able to do that even when a computer isn't available at the gaming table.
