Hi! I would sort of rather not run, since I have not done anything with the CT/MT rules in many years. I would rather see T20 or Mongoose. On the other hand, I have not been able to get into a decent game of Traveller (any system) for quite a long time. So, over all, I am open.

However, I would not be able to do much until after the New Year. I am moving and all of my Traveller is packed up in storage.

We use to use MgT as Mongose Traveller acronym, while MT uses to mean Megatraveller.

I like MgT, at least from reading it and creating a character. Never played it, though. I bought the books to loot for stuff & ideas.

I will play either. Classic just makes my nostalgic for my younger days, when I couldn't talk anybody into switching from D&D to Traveller.

Things don't change, so I am not too picky.

Sorry for the delay, holidays plus moving into a new apartment...

At the moment, all of my Traveller stuff is still buried deep in the back of a storage unit, but I'd like to talk about possible scheduling for gaming. Then too, there is the question of the general nature of the game, quintessential Traveller with a bunch of retirees running around raising havoc, or something a little more focused?

Also, what scale minis do you prefer? None of my 15mm are painted (even after all these years - I bought them new from Martian Metals!!!) but I also have some 25-30mm stuff, including the WotC Star Wars. Once I dig things out, I also have deck plans in both scales.

I think the random bunch of retirees is the most fun, maybe with an overall plot arc to keep things moving.

I don't mind either scale.
