An error and a question

I was looking at the Standard Designes PDF from the e Library, and noticed a couple of things.

An Error:
On the Patrol Cruiser (Page 44) on the Class: line it is listed as type p, and it should be type T.

A Question:
The Fighter (Page 33) dosn't have any weapons. It has a hard point and a tripple turent, but nothing in it. Is this right?

It's probably not part of the standard design because each customer will need the turret outfitted for their needs or wants - which will vary from system to system and customer to customer (read campaign to campaign).

Some might like tripple beam lasers, some might like single missles. Some will want a combination. The cost varies for each possible type, and each affects the design (at least in that hardpoint), so there is no way to properly do a "standard design" that include the turret itself.
