AHL for T20

Been trying to build a Fleet Intruder version of the Azhanti High Lightning cruiser based on the description in Supplement 5. I think I've got it down; T20 includes a lot of systems and doo-dads that weren't in High Guard. One problem; I have pretty much put everything in it that I reasonably think it would have, and I still have space left! roughly 310 tons to be exact. The cargo space is supposed to be 400 tons, but it will be more like 710. It might seem odd to be complaining about extra space, but I would like this rendition to be exact. Am I missing something? Is it just a variance in the design systems and therefore nothing to be upset about? Can I chalk it up to the fact that this is an older version of the design?

One more question: the crew totals given are about 664...is that one duty shift, or divided between the three shifts?

The first things that spring to mind are;
1/ Have you used the same TL? Effects Power Plant size.
2/ Have you allowed fuel for all small craft carried?

Hmm...honestly didn't think about the fuel for small craft. Including that would require way more fuel tankage than the ship is listed as having..I always assumed they would top the small craft off from the fuel skimmers and just keep them fueled, using the skimmers to refuel them as needed, rather than refuelling them from the ship's internal tanks.
