Agility Rating?

I was using a spreadsheet to work out the design for a 200-ton free trader that the PC's are bumming around in, and I discovered that I had no idea how to calculate agility for ships. The book gives rules for vehicles, but they are listed in vl's. I tried translating tons-vls, but I ended up with an agility of .2 or something. What is the process? Thanks.

The formula (actually two subtly different formulas) is right at the end of the section on Power Plants in the design sequence.

In short, each point of agility requires 1 EP per 100 tons of ship.

Thanks; it was right there all along. I would like to blame the book (which could probably stand some organizing) but it WAS there, if not obvious.
