What kind of advertising is being done for T20?
I haven't seen any Dragon Magazine advertisements or any other places either.

This is true. If I wasn't interested in Traveller and didn't keep up to date with what was happening I wouldn't have had a clue it was coming out.
 
Well, Paizo Publishing is now responsible for circulating Dragon magazine, including other Wizards' periodicals.
