5.09 Citizen Jobs and Education

This isn't an errata so much as a feature request, but shouldn't there be some provision for someone with an education getting a job in their Major or Minor? Maybe a roll of Edu or less to select Major as your Citizen Job skill, followed by a roll of Edu or less to select Minor if the first roll fails?
