2300AD vs Traveller 2300 AD at DTRPG?

DrivethruRPG has some 2300AD stuff... but the core box I have at home doesn't look like the core rules on that site - I think mine was 2nd edition (it looks like the first box listed here

Does anyone know if this 2nd edition of the game will be available from DTRPG?

Right now it looks like they have the first version, Traveller 2300, but not the second version, 2300AD. You can tell by the different logos used on the front covers.

From this article (emphasis mine):
2300 AD
Traveller: 2300, 2300 AD, Aurore Sourcebook, Bayern, Beanstalk, Colonial Atlas, Deathwatch Program, Earth/Cybertech Sourcebook, Energy Curve, Equipment Guide, Ground Vehicle Guide, Invasion, Kafer Dawn, Kafer Sourcebook, Mission Arcturus, Nyotekundu Sourcebook, Operation Overlord (by 3w), Ranger, Rotten to the Core, Ships of the French Arm, Star Cruiser
So it looks like it eventually.

From Mr. Miller regarding the free download in August -

"I expect that the Aug 22 download will be the Traveller 2300 set. BUT, then we'll plan on the 2300 AD set later this year."

So be patient is my advice - I know I need to for the rest of the T2k material I need to complete that collection.

Patience is a virtue that is in very short supply when we have been waiting so long.

I have always thought that it is pity that the time between Traveller/Twilight and other assorted products is not listed somewhere on this site (www.travellerrpg.com) on a Master List.

This Master list would be one where it could periodically be revised...instead us all bugging Hunter/MJD/SJG for updates...but I guess the deadlines that they set for themselves reflect real constraints whilst fandom is always demanding more than it can ever it is humanly possible.

Thanks William. I'll hold on for longer before I start hankering for an online version of that then.

One other thing is that, IIUC, they (DTRPG) have all of the physical copies of the materials to be for sale but have not finished scanning them in yet. So at this point it's somewhat out of Marc's hands.

Traveller: 2300 - Mankind Discovers The Stars (Boxed Set) That's the first one alright.

They appear to have both. 2300Ad - Man's Battle for the Stars is the 2nd Edition.

Page says it was added Friday. Hmmm. I purchased the pdf earlier today and though the order page says it was delievered all I'm getting is page not found or sku mismatch.

Emails sent, moved on to other things.

[UPDATE]Emails responded to, ISBN fixed, download works. Some of the even numbered* pages are a tad skewed to the left but the pdf works fine. Off goes another email. ^_^[/UPDATE]

* even-number in the pdf file, odd numbered on the actual pages themselves
